It was of 3 rounds. First was a phone interview, and the next two were panel interviews. First round was more of basic getting to know and second two consisted more of behavioral and technical questions.

Interview
Interview process was quick and easy. Hiring Manager called and we had a 15 minute screener. During the interview they did confirm if there was a problem with the required 3 days/week office. When disability accommodations came up, the mood of the interview changed.
