General assessment day which includes group work,a short test and one on one interview.You then receive a follow up email to proceed to health screening assessment is you are successful.

-Discuss the role, pay and expectations of you.
-Group activity, you will need to discuss and decide on what cargo to put onto an aircraft considering different factors.
-Little test of matching flight numbers to different destinations with airport abbreviations.
- More discussion on job role.

Was nervous to begin but the group activities helped and the manager was great. People that were there all very friendly.
