Violence Intervention Program interview questions

I applied online for the clinical therapist position and was then contacted within several days by HR to schedule an in person interview. After the initial interview, I was then called back for a subsequent interview with a different panel than the first and then several weeks after that was offered a position via a phone call from HR. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
