Vidyalankar Group interview questions

4 rounds 1st HR, 2nd PG Head 3rd and 4 th BOD members will take the interview and will ask everything about your resume and previous experience. You should have very high confidence and enthusiastic and even if you dont have prior counsellor experience, you should be at least trainable

The interview process was of Medium Difficulty. It involved in-depth questioning of one's overall work experience,understanding their job responsibilities and gauging whether he/she would be the right fit for the role. Interviews conducted by Higher management team involved necessary screening and segregating skills.
