First a screening interview, then a team interview with 3 team members for which I was asked to prepare a short concepts presentation as well as a content review with edit suggestions
Friendly and informative Talent lead, with very welcoming, friendly and engaging hiring managers eager to talk directly and push things forward quickly. A couple of telephone calls preceded an in-person presentation on demonstrating my skills and experience in action through real case studies. Fairly quick and simple task to prepare for, actually quite enjoyable to deliver!

I was asked how competitive I am, and if I like having a target, and if I liked winning, amongst all the other reasonable and sensible questions one should expect to be asked in an interview for a senior commercial role.
Standard, 3 stage interview, met different people in the team, discussed experience, team values that sorta stuff. They dug down my cv and asked about my previous work, asked about tech tools I used to make myself more efficient...
