Videobot interview questions

I had a 1st and 2nd stage interview. I was told I would hear back by the end of the same week, which I didn't, I chased up and was told they would be making their decision the following Monday and said 'apologies for the miscommunication'. I never heard back or received an email as to the outcome and it's now 2 weeks after the final interview. I know they are a new company but they definitely need to handle the recruitment process better and treat candidates with more respect.
