First telephonic screening, then skill test than HR.echnical round on Java and Database: Here i am listing down few questions that i faced during my face to face technical round. I am unable to clear this. But I am happy with the experience.... because i got to know where i am lacking

Interview process: 1. Standard phone screen 2. Follow up at home assignment 3. In-person interview (3 different interviewee's) 1. VP level, 2. Manager level and 3. peer interviewee. 4. conference call walkthrough for final take-home assignment Had a great feeling about the team and knew I would make a great fit for the role and add value very early. Come offer time communication was minimal and they could not give me a straight answer for over a week. I had to reach out a couple times for any updates that I did receive. Time has been invested in interviewing for both parties and this shows a lack of organization, respect for the candidate, and clarity during this process. Being that I had two other offers on the table, I ended up accepting one of the others. Advice to Captricity: Specific to needs, please respect candidate's time with either updates or the courtesy of communication.
