I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vida Design (Denver, CO)
Interview
Very smooth and transparent! Really appreciated the professionalism and insight into the process, they were clear every step of the way on what I should expect. Two phone interviews before we parted ways, but it was a good experience.
They were/are starting an online marketplace, so they were hiring for an e-commerce manager role. Very weird and bizarre experience- if we’re ghosting people in 2025, I know the company does not have their ducks in a row.
Spoke with the hiring manager (video call on the first call), sent the follow ups she asked for less than 8 business hours later, and never heard a response.
It’s just extremely tacky, and I know they probably don’t have very good internal affairs if this is the best you can present to externally.
Virtual, great meeting with multiple people in company - it was somewhat causal as it was the first interview with the company. I appreciated the less formal environment for a first round interview
