Going through their platform which In the end I would not recommend. It ia strange to be asked questions via text and to record yourself via video. It does not feel natural like a normal interview might.

It was very thorough and extensive. You get to experience all their offered products, namely ATS, Testing, Pre-recorded Interview, Online Interview, and Referencing. Some may find this tedious and too much effort, but it's also a way for them to find talent that are really interested in their company.
