I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victorious (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
It’s always a red flag when the hiring manager’s response to culture & diversity is, “We give them attention.” I’ll never forget that and even use that as an example of a bad company to work for.

Question 1
What type of learning opportunities did you engage in during lockdown?
It was very basic. We pretty much just reviewed my work history. I asked some questions on why the glassdoor ratings were so low and why there was a long term employee exodus. Not a lot of sales based questions to see what my process was, tools I used, or anything that would determine if I could close.
Sales interviews are different from regular interviews and should be a bit more heavy on the digging portion initially.
Didn't make it past the first interview which is hard to grasp because there wasn't any qualification questions. Seems like it was based off his personality assessment of me. Which is fine but you will lose a lot of good sales candidates that way.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Victorious (Washington, DC) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was rigorous, but not in the way one might expect. The interviewers focused on qualifications, but they focused most of our interview time on getting to know me as an individual. It was clear they were looking for the right person for the job but they were also very international on finding the perfect fit.
