Group interview with weeding out who has the most potential out of the bunch gets the job. They are looking for who can play the part as well as presentation. You need to make sure that you have a bubbly personality or just passionate about selling VS lingerie and its other products.

It went well. They do group interviews with more than 4 people and you have to dress professionally and answer some simple questions. You will get the job is you say the right things and if they like your personality.
