Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Application
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
Applied in person, received a phone call to schedule an interview. At my Florida VS, they love anyone who has worked in anything related to customer service, specifically Publix is really a plus. Interview is usually group, but for mine it was one on one. Easy interview, manager ended up talking about herself most of the time.

Question 1
General questions...Why do you want to work here? Why is customer service important to you?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
