First round interview: only behavioral questions and some easy questions about your resume, no technical ones.
If you pass this interview, they will ask you to do a take home data challenge.
I submitted my resume though handshake and after one day i received an invitation that asked me to participate in Online simple quantitative test. I am pretty sure i got all of them right, but i was rejected the day after. I saw a lot of people who have exactly the same experiences as mine.
