E-mail to set up a time to come in and then one in-person interview with an HR employee. The lady was dressed very, very casual - almost inappropriately so, while I was in a full business suit. The interview with lighthearted and easy going, basic questions plus some fun ones thrown in. Entire interview was 15 minutes.
