The interview process was quick and thorough and seemed to be effective. Recruiter was knowledgable and personable and made the entire experience easy. They stayed open late to accommodate my schedule.
I applied online. I interviewed at Veterans Management Services
Interview
Wow! Where do I start? I got a call from the recruiter a couple of hours after I submitted an application. She asked me about 5 or 6 typical behavioral questions. When I asked for clarification on one of the questions she told me what a previous interviewee had given as his answer. She also told me that while I would be interviewing for the AA position she was going to send an interview invitation for an Accounting position. That was because the current AA didn't know she was being fired and they were trying to fill her position before she found out! I interviewed virtually with the VP/Facility Security. Never received the courtesy of an email or phone call telling me I didn't get the job.

What are two of your weaknesses? What are you looking for in your next job?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Veterans Management Services in Oct 2016
Interview
Fifteen to twenty minute phone interview regarding my relevant experience and pay in prior position. Emily was very kind and easy to speak to. The employer I was interning with requested me, so there wasn't much of an interview.
