Vertu Motors interview questions

Stage 1 was a group interview, we worked in groups to discuss different scenarios and presented them. Stage 2 for those selected was a formal interview with the sales manager a few days later, had to create a presentation and produce a video walk-around of a car.

A 2-stage process that allows you get to terms with the business, pretty easy communication for the process with plenty of information and updates provided. Could be streamlined somewhat as a lot of the hiring process is handled by head office rather than in dealership personnel
