I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Vertrax (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2020
Interview
Applied on indeed and was contacted for a phone interview. After that interview, I was contacted for another phone interview. After that interview, I was contacted for a 2 hour video interview with 4 people. After that interview, I was schedule for the final interview with the CEO. A total of 5 hours of interveiwing.
After almost a month, no one reached out and I had to follow up only to be told they weren't moving forward with my application. It was disappointing but even more so because the contact was constant during the interview phase but the ball was completely dropped when it was time to follow up; especially after going through the ringer with the amount of interviews.
The process is exceedingly lengthy for a start up and everyone asked a lot of the same questions over and over. I understand being thorough but a streamlined more lean application process would benefit this company greatly.

Interview
Combination of phone screen, in person interview, and skype meeting. Met and spoke with personnel from several departments including CEO, HR, and Department Head. Overall a pretty quick and straight forward process.
