A 30‑minute panel interview with three interviewers. The structure is:
Team introduction (each panelist shares their role)
Your self‑introduction (90 seconds)
Q&A (each interviewer asks 2–3 questions, mainly about your experience)
First with phone interview with HR and then Skype interview with managers and also some staffing employees. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Questions are quite standard and behavioral. Nothing tricky and unclear.
