Had around 4 interviews, with the final being with the CEO. Everyone was welcoming, inquisitive, and took a good look into my resume and LI profile. Overall a great experience, and the Director was supportive through it all.

Question 1
They asked the typical sales questions like what's your biggest win, name a time you overcame rejection, and how did you find success in your previous roles.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Versium (Gilbert, AZ)
Interview
I was scheduled for a 30 minute interview, which I felt got off to a great start. The interviewer asked me about my history, my experience, and why I’m looking to change positions. I tried to keep it short, as we only had 30 minutes, and MID-SENTENCE, he cut me off and said he “had another meeting and had to go, but thanks.” I said, “Okay, thank you for your time.” and he hung up the Zoom meeting 11 minutes in.
I sat there absolutely stunned, and somehow embarrassed for several minutes, as I had prepared for 8 days for this interview and I was 100% qualified. I have racked my brain trying to figure out what I did, and nothing. I’m experienced in client engagement, interviewing, and public speaking, and yet he didn’t even have the courtesy to finish the initial interview and follow up afterwards. I would NEVER do that to a candidate. It’s now been 2 weeks since, and nothing. Extremely unprofessional; I would never recommend applying for a position here.
