Overall a two stage interview process both in person at the site at Burton Latimer. First interview was a general discussion around my experience and previous work and what I knew about the company all went well the second interview went well also it was fairly similar to the first but I had made a presentation at the request of the recruitment agency which I did and felt good leaving there and was told I would hear back around a week later around 16th august. Left me hanging for three weeks only to give the job to someone who applied via internal referral last Friday. (Thanks for wasting my time)
