Vermont Mutual interview questions

The first interaction was a screening with an HR representative, then I had a virtual interview with the hiring supervisor and the manager, this was followed by in-person interview in Montpelier with the Manager and VP.

Group interview setting, not difficult but intense due to the panel style setting. Asked about interests, extracurriculars, past work experience, why you would be a good fit, etc. No technical questions since you are only applying to an internship position.
