I interviewed with two staff members from the contracting company, Intellisource, and one with upper management from Verizon. The first interview felt very impersonal, it was very facts and skills oriented. The second interview, with the head of HR from Intellisource, went much better. The hiring manager was very friendly and personal. We discussed the importance of a work/life balance and set some very reasonable expectations for the rest of my employment there with Intellisource and Verizon.
