I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
There are 2 phone interviews before the final face-to-face interview. The process takes about 2 weeks. You hear back within 2 days of your last interview and as soon as they make the decision they make you an offer that you can accept or decline. I accepted the first offer, however I found out that you can negotiate based on your experience and education.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
