The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verizon in Mar 2010
Interview
The woman on the telephone was friendly, but misleading. After speak to me and asking me to come in for an interview, I asked her to confirm the posted salary and she did. Conversely, during the interview, I discovered that the posted salary was no where close to the actual salary. The employees did not appear as educated as I would have hoped. Maybe this is why they are not known for their customer service. Basically, they need to focus on hiring better people and giving them more of an incentive to be hired.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
