I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon in Feb 2011
Interview
Hiring and interview process was extremely lengthy and irrelevant to the actual job that I applied for. There is not a very good work life balance. Somewhat unprofessional and most of the people that you are managed by are only concerrned about their personal and do not want to help you reach your individual goals

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2026

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
