The leadership was kind
They were very welcoming and helpful in explanation
They asked very good questions
Not hard but not easy
I think most people would get them right

very professional, team, panel, easy to read the different personalities. We talked serious and also joked. I did not feel as though I was under a time restraint. They all were vested in bringing on the right person.

It was 10+ years ago and they interviewed using the 5 star questioning. I was interviewed by three managers and an HR coordinator. After the interview I was contacted the next day with a job offer.
