Total 3 rounds, Round 1 : online programming with MCQ I have cleared this online test Round 2: face to face discussion. Very basic question on core Java , spring boot, microservice and queries. I cleared this round Round 3: again face to face discussion . Cool interview . Friendly interviewer. Asked basics and career aspirations and all previous projects stuff Went well. Finally He said that you can leave for the day. HR will contact you on upcoming week. Then I left for the day . Again Within 5 days I got call from HR and asked some three questions. Q1: how many rounds were completed? Q2: do you know interviewer name ? If not tell any identification like he is tall or small or fat or lean like that. (I don't know the purpose of this question) Then HR disconnected the call. Again she called and asked why you are searching third company in your three years experience. I said I want to work with product best company. So now I am searching job . Again she disconnected the call abruptly. After that no more updates even for mail or phone follow up. Almost ten days over. My small concern to them is if candidate is eligible means offer them. Also do proper maintenance on interview details. We are not attending interview for time pass. Also around 200 were attended for first round , in that only 20-30 were shortlisted ( my guess only. May be lower than that) . For those candidates pls send the candidate status mail. Nothing wrong in it.
