The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Greenville, SC) in Aug 2017
Interview
Had to do a 90 minute online assessment. Then was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was about 90 minutes also. I received a phone call a few days later and scheduled an in person interview. That interview lasted an hour. I was told I would hear from them in 5 business days. It took 2 weeks and multiple emails from me to finally get an email telling me I wasn't accepted.
Initial screening is pretty simple. They ask about your background and experiences and from there you go to a video interview with the hiring manager where you will role play as if you are talking to a customer over the phone about certain products.

Question 1
You will definitely get a question about how you handled any customers in the past and what the outcome was.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Denver, CO) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process is a waiste of time. You will be told you passed every test with flying colors and that you did so good you'll skip a part in the interview faze yet they still need 3 interviews. You will reach final person and even passing every test and impressing other interviewrs for the same company and job if they don't like the way you look you have just waisted a week or more of your time trying to get a job that you qualify well for but they didn't like how you looked.( I say looked as I passed everything untill web cam interview)(they will also sent you a email in a untimely manor and expect you to instantly use it to sell them a product)
Video interview went smoothly and the questions were related to job that was being offered. Also was easy to navigate through interview system. I would recommend to anyone looking to apply.
