Never experienced this in my career, but they send you the questions to be asked ahead of the interviews and each person reads the questions. Think they probably could have used an AI/video interviewer for this. Some of the execs on the team are seasoned, and some are junior with C-titles, looking to hire someone to work for them with more experience than them. Seems they are not growing but want a VP of marketing to help them grow, but then the role reports to a non-profit center leader. Interesting approach.
