There was an initial large group informational session that answered many questions about the role. This session was key to informing a decision for the capital outlay of resources to work in this role as a contractor. The 2nd interview detailed the specifics for moving forward, the time frame necessary to complete the training and certification for the role, the base cost, and some insight into the company culture. My interviewer was very personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. This is a technically proficient role. With training, many could succeed here. Those with established IT and A/V talent will excell.
