The interview was simple. What I found rather odd was that the next step before the final interview was a Cognitive Assessment test had to be competed. Not a personality test to see how you would fit into the culture, but a cognitive assessment test. That screams age discrimination in my opinion.

Le processus a été assez rapide, bon niveau d'informations concernant le périmètre d'action, la hiérarchie et la stratégie produit; par contre pas trop d'informations sur le salaire, les avantages et l'organisation du travail.
