They ask for background check including last years income tax to verify your honesty. The interview is casual but they should raise a red flag. The interview talks about making 60-75 k per year when it's only maybe 35 first year. Beware the lies start at the interview process. Your about to enter a dark and secretive controlling environment . Beware,

Not difficult but they are looking for closers who will push and compete,if you don't close you will be moving on. The interviewing manager thinks he's much smarter then you in every way, don't be fooled by this guy,he will cut you down.
