Interview was easy, only asked a couple questions regarding my resume then gave a pretty detailed description of what day to day responsibilities would be like and the hiring process once the temporary contract was up. They gave me a tour of the site, met a few people I would be working with and that was it.

Interviewer was nice and well informed about the company and had lots of experience with waste management but had poor communication in coordinating in person interviews and ghosted me after the second attempt of arranging an onsite interview.

It was an in-person interview for about 45 mins, introducing yourself and then questions being asked between 3 managers back to back. Nothing too hard or too technical, mostly asking how you would handle different situations.
