Interview was super corporate. Definitely aimed more at women. Silly questions which aren't relevant to the role. Not aimed at actually getting best people just those who can do STAR method. Two stages and then a generic rejection, wasn't a great experience at all in my opinion. Glad I didn't get it.

Interview
I had two different interviews, one with the HR manager, the other with the operational manager. I had to come twice to the headquarters, the company paid the second travel fees. The process was very short, within two weeks I had met the two persons involved in the recruitment process and one week after I had a positive reply.
