Phone interview with the hiring manager, which included the typical questions around portfolio, process, what I'm looking for, etc. He gave some information about the company and how they're planning to build out their team. It seemed to go okay, not the best and not the worst. Then he never got back to me - no email, no message, nothing. I reached out twice and heard nothing back. So... yeah, bad experience.
