Venture Marketing Group interview questions

Initially a drop in which was a 15 minute chat and cv drop off. Asked back in couple of days later for another interview slightly longer and with a couple of higher members of the team and then a brief few tests on email design, english grammar and general admin. Asked back to meet the person I would be working under and then was offered position.
