The interview was very laid back and informal. They made the entire process comfortable and very low stress. They described the job and what a typical day would be like. They went over new job prospects for the company and brought along an associate that was about my equivalent in experience.

Interview
After submitting my resume I was given some tests and then interviewed by a recruiter who then referred me to Venture. I had two interviews at Venture. Both times I knew that the individuals involved would be good to work for and I was anticipating an offer by the end of my second interview. they actually met me for lunch the following week and offered the position.
