I was invited for a first call interview. My experience was ok, I was interviewed by HR person, so all questions were very basic. But since I had many quite a lot interviews in my life, comparing to my previous ones, this one wasn't really exciting: the interviewer didn't seem to be interested in this procedure in general. Instead of asking what are my salary expectations, she asked about my current salaray and I found it a bit weird. Another detail: when I was I got an email with an invitation for interview, it was written that it won't take longer than 20 mins, so I planned all my day tasks and works according to this. And it was true, the interview lasted for 20 mins, but at the end the interviewer said "Thank for an interview, now I will send you one task to make, you will recieve it in few minutes" and after our call, I was waiting for 5, 10, 30 mins - nothing, I couldn't wait more because I had to leave to my work meeting. And just after it, I found a task on my email and when I opened it, it was written you have to do it in 15 mins, so I realized they expected me to do it and send back immediately. I think it would be nice if candidates would be informed about it in advance: if you write that interview will take 20 mins, so it should be. If you want him to do some task after it, you should write in advance so that he/she would wouldn't plan anything.
