Interview
Nicole reached out to me about this opportunity and has been a tremendous help throughout the entire process. She was accessible and responsive to my inquiries on weekends, evenings and even via text messages and the emails. Nicole is a resourceful talent headhunter with an amazing personality: she should be in the Talent Acquisition hall of fame if there’s one. The interview process was in 3 stages. The interview team knew what they needed and went for it: it was a very straightforward interview. The first two interviews were virtual and the group interview was onsite.

Interview
Interview process was thorough and efficient. I worked through 3 phone screens with a recruiter, site leader and then a Senior Director. After these, I spent 5 hours on site interviewing with site leadership and viewing the facility. At every step along the way, I was aware of what the next step was and expected timeline.
