This was a very standard interview process, no surprises. The recruiter, Danielle, reached out to me initially. Danielle is fantastic. She did a great job answering my questions in a refreshingly straight-forward, sincere manner. Danielle made me feel very comfortable during the initial screening, which felt more like a conversation than an interview. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, very prompt with her communications and very thorough in her answers to my questions. After a screening with Danielle, I proceeded to two separate interviews with VPs. Ultimately Ventura and I were not quite the right fit for each other, but my experience was overall top notch!
