I applied online. I interviewed at Venterra Realty in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied for the position on a Saturday morning and first thing that following Monday, I received an email from the recruiter. We set up a time for a Skype interview. It lasted approximately 33 minutes. I was so nervous until I began talking and he made me feel at ease. It was the best interview I've ever done. I was told I'd be contacted within a couple of days, I'm so excited I can barely sleep. I can't wait until the next step! Thanks Venterra!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Venterra Realty (Pearland, TX)
Interview
First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
