Ventas, Inc. interview questions

Long, tedious, bad experience with HR. They had 6 different rounds, including online assessments but then would ghost in between rounds until you followed up. Once you followed-up, they would respond and ask for an interview less than 12 hours later and wouldn't be flexible stating their team is going on PTO (an excuse I heard twice through the process) which required me to move PTO and other prior commitments to do these interviews. After going through all rounds, I was ghosted for a month after countless emails and they finally called and said they had already gone with someone else and they said they can't provide feedback.
