Interview
1st round is phone interview, then if you pass you get an assignment to do then go present it and explain it on 2nd round. Pretty simple questions throughout pone interview, mainly question about projects and languages you've worked on. Having experience working on a larger project (open source) is a very big plus.

Applied through school co-op program and received an interview offer just over 1 month later. Interview was very relaxed and was mainly focused on personal experience rather than technical questions.
