I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, who asked for a summary of my career and explained the position. After that, I had an online video interview with the hiring manager, who mostly posed hypothetical scenarios. About a week later, I had four more online video interviews with team members of different levels, including a partner. The questions in these interviews varied, but generally involved more hypotheticals as well as several questions about my prior client-facing experience.
