The HR screening was a professional yet conversational 30-minute call. The recruiter focused on my past experience, interest in Vena, and culture fit, while clearly outlining the next steps in the process.

Interview
The interviewer did not seem to care about the applicant as an individual or try to connect in a personal level. The questions are very scripted and it is very business focused if they are not finding the thing they want to hear.

I am not sure why people are writing about lack of diversity. Two asian woman interviewed me. 15 years ago it would have been considered diverse but I guess now the opposite is where the diversity is now a days. Most of the interview was Excel/Finance questions.

1. They show on the screen excel. One column has month, next column has name, next column a $ value. Question was to sum one name and month.
4. If you were painting a room red and your half way through then the client walks in a said no the room was supposed to be painted blue, how would you handle this situation?
