I applied through university. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
I spoke with HR on a video interview for about 30 minutes. It was a standard HR interview that ask why veeva, why this rotational program, and what you can bring to the table. After that was the case study that was unnecessarily long and difficult for someone who has never used the system. You present to a panel of 3 employees who asked a lot of questions.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work at Veeva? Why Veeva, life sciences, consulting? Why was I interested in Veeva? Why Veeva and the life sciences industry? Would you prefer a more customer-facing or technical role?
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
