Interview
Once the recruiter interviewed me I was accepted and they told me that they will send a contract. When they delayed I sent an email to make sure they can find my account on Upwork. They told me that they have talked with the manager and they decided to proceed with other candidates with higher skills. I was told the interview consists of two parts, one with the recruiter and one with the manager. When the recruiter told me we will send a contract and you are accepted I thought it was all done.

1. Tell us about yourself. 2. Do you have any plans for continuing your education? 3. Do you prefer working as a freelancer or at the office full-time?
It was nice. The interviewer was kind and considerate, they encouraged me to take the process easy since I was kinda nervous. The whole thing took 30 minutes: introduction, QnA, speed test, and web research test for 10 minutes.

How do you work under pressure? Where do see yourself in one year?
It was a long process. It took me a few weeks to get hired. It is also not that easy to pass the interviews as you will conduct some tasks over the interview.
