El proceso de entrevista es bastante largo: primero hay una entrevista con un recruiter, después un ejercicio práctico y después 2 o 3 entrevistas más con un hiring manager y com alguien más senior manager.
Durante las entrevistas el clima es muy agradable si todo va bien pero creo que el feedback que dan si no va bien no es muy útil

Te preguntan sobre tu motivación principalmente y sobre lo que quieres en tu carrera profesional ya que no se requiere experiencia.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
