Primary behavioral interview over Zoom. Fairly laid back first interview. Second step was definitely the hardest which was the candidate exercise. You are expected to manipulate the Veeva software based on a fake client and present this to Veeva employees as if they are the clients. They will then ask you questions about your process. Next is an interview with the manager of the program, followed by a cultural interview with a current Associate Consultant.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
