Veeva Systems Developer Technical Writer interview questions

First a couple general interviews getting to know each other and the role. General questions about experience etc. Then a time consuming take-home assignment, that was fine, not too hard, what you would expect for this type of role. Then had to present the work on this assignment to the manager and two devs as part of a “panel interview”. They didn’t really ask many follow-up questions so it was a bit awkward just doing a presentation basically. Then proceeded to get completely ghosted, no rejection email or anything for well over a week. Had to email the manager to confirm that they didn’t want to move forward. Then no apologies for forgetting to reject me or a “thanks for your time” despite the obvious hours the take-home assignment took. Very rude and inconsiderate way to treat a candidate.
